Not which you use, which you prefer

I don't really have a preferance. Macs are better for movie/photo editing. Windows are better for all-purpose packages. Plus, Windows are normally a LOT cheaper than Macs.
So, right now, I'm liking Windows more.

*coughs and gets into debating mode* Right, Tommy! Your Mac has no image editing software! There's more software available for computers running Windows. That's why it is more widely used in the computing industry. I will admit that Vista is rubbish, but XP is the bees knees, especially if you're running Office 2007 Enterprise on it! Now, we must take this argument over to the official thread! Keep the debate in this thread.

Oh, this should be Leopard vs Windows. Watch your argument get ripped apart *polishes debating course cert* "Your Mac has no image editing software!" True, though this is purely because I have no use for it. If I did however I'd be able to download some within 2 minutes "That's why it is more widely used in the computing industry" and since when does more widely used mean better. Infact, there are more macs then windows out there! "I will admit that Vista is rubbish, but XP is the bees knees, especially if you're running Office 2007 Enterprise on it!" Opinion so no NC

Opinion so no NC 1) I can download even more editing software aswell. And, as standard, Windows comes with Paint, an image editing software (albeit, a not very good one). 2) More widely used means that it performs better. Plus, it's a lot cheaper to get a Windows than a Mac. 3) Anyone that doesn't share that opinion deserves to be shot...

1) Paint is a little app for 8 year olds (like Mauro ) who like drawing little magical elves and goblins. Hardly editing software. 2) Not unnecessarily. It's cos it's cheaper that it's more widely used 3) Opinion again! No N/C again!

But it still comes as standard and it is classed as image editing software. (I use one of my many, more supreme programs for image editing ) 2) It's cheaper and it has more PP. That equals a more suitable OS for large businesses/school networks and personal use. 3) Stop doing that! Look, I'm not saying Macs are all out pieces of rubbish, it's just that, in my opinion, Windows is better. But keep up the debate. This is fun.

1) I believe we've been through that mac s have plenty of image softwares that I don't have any use for, and could download if I needed them
2) PP?
3) No
Look, I'm just saying that windows are all out pieces of rubbish, it's just that, imo, Mac is better

Very important. I've dropped '3'. Seemed kinda pointless.

Hardly editing software. for your imformation I kept a succesfull daily updating online webcomic using paint thank you very much. On paint you can make gradients, motion blurs, stamps, and loads of other cool stuff, but most people only see the buttons on the menu.
